No man reading this letter should be so
naive as to believe that what is happening to many other decent, law abiding,
professional, Jewish men cannot happen to him, G-d forbid. The feminist
activists and their corrupt “rabbis” are causing the destruction of many Jewish
families and destroying Jewish fathers. In the Modern Orthodox and secular
communities, above-ground feminist groups are well organized and exert great
influence over many of
the rabbis and the Jewish media. In certain Black Hat type Orthodox communities, underground
feminist groups operate stealthily, pressuring rabbis to deprive men of
their halachic rights. There is little or
no opposition to these groups.
The feminists are also causing a
terrible outbreak of mamzerus due to the numerous “Get Meoso” (coerced Get)
they are causing. These Gittin are invalid al pi Torah, and should the
“divorced” woman remarry, she is an adulterer and her children are mamzerim!
Kosher Jews are prohibited from marrying mamzerim! Are you aware of the
implications of this to Klal Yisroel? Your own children, going on shidduchim,
could, G-d forbid, be introduced to children from a divorced mother whose Get
from a previous husband was invalid !
The problem of feminist witch hunts
against Jewish men and coerced Gittin is so severe that a group of the leading
Torah sages in the world wrote a letter
Rav Elyashev Letter denouncing the
widespread “Get M'useh” occurring today. HaRav Elyashev, shlita, denounces
“unfit individuals who dare to be involved in forcing Gittin.” HaRav Shlomo
Miller states that “The situation in America is absolutely terrible ...”.
The terrible aveirah of mesirah
(informing on a Jew), one of the most severe prohibitions in the Torah, is being
encouraged by the feminists on a regular basis. Women are being encouraged to
use the court system and false restraining orders in violation of halacha. This
problem has also been so widespread that a large group of Gadolei Torah released
a letter Kol Koreh -
M'sirah warning Jews about the severe prohibition of m'sirah,
for which the moser loses their olam ha bah. The letter explains how
Gittin obtained through the court system are invalid, and monies obtained are
g'zailah (robbery).
WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE
SITUATION?
Jews committed to the survival of Torah
true Judaism should study the letters referred to above, which
address critical halachic issues. Ask your local shul rabbis to learn these
letters with you. Supposedly Orthodox Jews who mock these halachos and slander these Gadolim are Reform Jews in disguise!
Have you been told that certain men
“have not given a Get”, as if to imply they are obligated by halacha to do so?
Be aware that divorce on demand is a
non-Jewish concept and totally contrary to halacha. Did you know that only
a Bais Din which a man appeared before has the authority to coerce the man to
give a Get (see
Rav Elyashev
Letter )? A woman's personal rabbanim have NO
authority to coerce the women's husband to give a Get! Before accepting that any
woman is entitled to a GET, demand to see a written
document which contains the name, address, phone number, and seal of a known,
honest Bais Din, which the man voluntarily appeared before, and which states
that the
man is required to give a Get. Remember that the Torah refers to a Get as “sefer kerisus”, and that the Shulchan Aruch and Chareidi halachic authorities hold
that all divorce issues should be resolved before a Get is done.
Decent men are being harassed,
slandered, and vilified using phony seruv documents, rumors, innuendos, false
agunah claims, etc. Do not believe verbal claims, rumors, slander and hearsay
against parties involved in divorces. Demand to see written proof! Be aware that
the feminists and their “rabbis” may use deception and fraud
while exploiting the lack of knowledge of the Jewish community in divorce
matters. Have you been told that certain men are in “cherem” or a seruv was
issued against them? Demand to see the “seruv” letter! If the “seruv” does not
include the name, address, phone number, and seal of a known, reliable Bais Din,
do not accept it. The letter should also state a reason for the seruv, that
three hazmanos were given to the man, and that he refused to appear before any
Bais Din. (See
DINTORA_LEKETDIBREPOSKIM .
Domestic violence laws and the court
system are being abused to commit terrible injustices against men. If you are
told that a women received a “heter” to go to court, ask to see the heter in
writing. Be aware that a single rabbi cannot give a “heter” to a woman to sue
her husband in court ( Kol Koreh -
M'sirah
). Does the heter have the
name, address, phone number, and seal of a known, honest Bais Din on it? Does
the heter state that three hazmanos were sent to the man, and that he refused to
appear before any Bais Din? If a woman called the police on her husband due to
“domestic violence”, ask if she was in a life threatening situation without
being able to escape. See paragraph five of the
Kol Koreh - M'sirah. Remember that
paragraphs six and seven of the KolKoreh letter explain it is forbidden to
assist mosrim, rather Jews are obligated to rescue their victims if possible. It
is also a mitzvah to publicly expose the names and addresses of mosrim and their
supporters to the Jewish community.
Years ago certain “Orthodox” rabbis
began to deviate from the basic principles of the Torah, resulting in the
founding of the Conservative movement. History is now repeating itself. Today a
small network of “Orthodox” feminists and their rabbis in various communities
are committing terrible aveiros against our Jewish brothers. They are the
shock troops of a revitalized Conservative movement. Be careful not to join with
them!
