BEEN DEPOSITED
Mr. Meir Kin has deposited a
completely kosher GET (Jewish divorce document) in a Chareidi Bais Din. As stated in the English Bais
Din letter below, "he has thus removed on behalf of his wife all religious
barriers within his power and control."
The GET deposited by Mr.
Kin "has been written
with the utmost strict adherence to Halacha (Jewish law)" as stated in the
Hebrew Bais Din Letter (No. 2) below.
Despite the fact that a
kosher GET was deposited, militant feminists
connected with the Organization for the Resolution
of Agunot ( ORA ), the Jewish Press, and other
unscrupulous organizations continue to
defame and harass Mr. Kin using the false pretense that Mr. Kin's wife Lonna Kin is an "AGUNAH"
!!!
FEMINIST FRAUDSTERS
Once again we see that
the real objectives of the feminist "AGUNOT" activists have nothing to do
with rescuing women who are actual AGUNOT according to HALACHA.
Anyone with even a basic
grasp of HALACHA understands that the "AGUNOT" organizations such as ORA are
promoting GET MEOSO, ie coerced and invalid GITTIN, along with numerous other severe AVEIROT.
A favorite ploy of these "AGUNOT"
activists is to create a phony facade of respectability for their HALACHA
violations by exploiting PASUL (fraudulent) SERUVIM
(rabbinic contempt orders). These PASUL SERUVIM are used to justify vicious public harassment and
defamation of decent Jewish men. A detailed expose of such a
bogus "SERUV" is shown in paragraph No. 3 below.
Its abundantly clear, as stated in the Bais Din letters below, that
the real objective of these "AGUNOT" activists is "in every conflict between
husband and wife - the wife has to have the upper hand - to be able to force him
to give a GET while depriving him of his rights, as well as in every detail of
the conflict she has to have it all according to her wishes ..."

for the authentic Orthodox Jewish community to ostracize and marginalize the
phony "AGUNOT" activists and their amen corners in the Jewish media who are promoting severe
violations of HALACHA including family destruction, MESIRAH, GET MEOSO, MAMZERUS,
bogus SERUVIM, and who are publicly slandering and disgracing decent Jewish men and RABBONIM.

Upon the request of Mr Israel Meir Kin who resided
in Monsey, NY, but who now resides in Los Angeles, CA, I make the following
proclamation. This letter shall serve as testimony that on the 3rd of
Adar Sheni in the year of 5768 of the Jewish calendar, Mr Meir Kin has had a
Get (Jewish divorce document)
written on behalf of his wife Chaya Lonna, who resides in Monsey, NY. Mr Kin has
appointed a shliach at the
Bais Din Kedushas Levi which is headed by Rabbi Tzvi Dov Abraham. This
Get was officiated and arranged by Rabbi Abraham, myself, and a reknowned
expert in the laws of Gittin (Jewish divorce) who has arranged more than
200 gittin. I hereby give testimony that this Get has been written
with the utmost strict adherence to Halacha (Jewish law) as stated in the
Torah. At this point, Mr Kin has done his utmost to remove any claim that his
wife is an Aguna (chained woman).

3. "BITUL SERUV PASUL
V'MZUYAF"
The Hebrew "BITUL
SERUV" letter below, written by a prominent Bais Din (rabbinic court),
exposes and nullifies a fraudulent "SERUV" (rabbinic contempt) document
which has been used by the ORA organization, the Jewish Press, and other
unscrupulous parties to harass and defame Mr. Meir Kin.
The letter denounces
the " R.C.C. " ( Rabbinical Council of California ) for allegedly
issuing a "SERUV" entirely contrary to the Halacha and all Poskim, and calls

In regard to the discord between the 2 parties Mr.
Meir Kin and Mrs. Lonna Kin, let it be known that Mr. Meir Kin was compliant by
responding to this Bais Din. Mr. Kin had provided us with court documents namely
an “Order of Protection” which in essence was a “Gag Order” that
prohibited him from speaking freely to a Bais Din. Mr. Kin informed us that he
would be willing to go to a Din Torah with his wife once such Gag Order would be
lifted. Therefore, the above indicates that there is absolutely no
justification in placing a “SEIRUV” against Mr. Meir Kin since he had responded
to the summonses of this Bais Din appropriately.
With this I conclude and sign with a seal on the 8th
day of Cheshvan 5766 (Nov.10 2005)
