The document below,
written by a prominent and respected Bais Din (rabbinic court), expose an
invalid PSAK DIN and an invalid "SERUV" (rabbinic contempt order) which have
been exploited by the Jewish Press and other unscrupulous feminists to harass
and defame Mr. Yehuda Litton.
The document also
alleges, among other things, that Mrs. Linda Litton litigated in non-Jewish
courts without HALACHIC permission from a kosher Bais Din.
