We have documented in this section a small sample of the numerous cases where
Jewish men have been denied their rights under HALACHA (Jewish law) during
divorce proceedings. Many of the facts presented in these documents are never
reported in the Jewish or non-Jewish media. We also believe that various pro-feminist
Jewish media and organizations (such as the Jewish Press and the Organization
for the Resolution of Agunot) regularly misrepresent the HALACHA and the EMES
in regard to various divorce cases.
